Concept to Creation

The staircase logo is more than a brand mark — it's a visual metaphor for the brand's core message. Starting from the ground up, ascending, evolving. Every step a representation of aspiration, progression, and the journey Entry Level was built to celebrate.

Every brand needs a face. Ernie is Entry Level's mascot — a working class figure whose weary expression speaks to the grind of a decades-long career. The clock motif ties directly to the brand's ethos, representing the fatigue of the 9-to-5 and the daily ritual of the morning alarm.

The Narrative

Strong creative direction starts with a clear story. For Entry Level, that meant building a positioning rooted in workers' rights, the wage system, and the daily reality of the people the brand speaks to. Every decision from tone to typography was made in service of that narrative.

The Design

With the creative foundation set, every visual element was chosen with intention. Typography, color, and brand marks developed during the logo phase were woven into a unified system, cohesive across every application and touchpoint.

Production

With designs finalized, the focus shifted to execution. Detailed garment mockups gave the client a tangible view of each piece, bridging the gap between concept and finished product before a single item went to production.
