I'm Pee Sheff, a multidisciplinary designer and creative director working across brand identity, apparel, digital experiences, and visual storytelling.

My background spans design, entrepreneurship, and years of military service. Through Studio Wellmade, I've built identities, websites, apparel, and creative systems for brands and organizations at different stages of growth. My work is rooted in curiosity, strategy, and a genuine need to understand how things work.

I'm also unapologetically multihyphenate. A portfolio requires some level of restraint, so this one mostly shows the brand design work and gives me a place to brag about using Adobe for 15+ years. Somewhere along the way, we're all supposed to pick a lane. I've never been particularly good at that. In real life, I'm usually building something.

Photography and web design sit in their own category. Both started as personal interests and became serious parts of my creative practice. Photography taught me how to see composition, light, and timing in the real world, while web design taught me how to translate those ideas into structure, interaction, and systems. If either is relevant to what your team is building, it’s worth a conversation—and I’m happy to walk you through my hard drive to show the range.

When nobody is asking, I garden, build things out of wood, sew, cook extremely well, and watch an unreasonable amount of women's basketball with my wife. I'm not claiming mastery of every medium I touch, but give me enough time and access to YouTube and I tend to get pretty good at things.

Basically, I like learning how things are made, then figuring out what happens when I make them myself.
